What’s poppin folks.

I’m just over here vibin to some Erykah Badu

Since yesterday was kind of indulgent (sponsored by marijuana and haribo golden bears) I’m dedicating this day to self-care, cleansing, and energy regeneration.

Here’s the stuff I’m doing (and not doing) to make that happen:

✅Long yoga + meditation Sesh in the park to start the morning

🙅🏻‍♂️No processed foods or refined sugars

✅Reading books that will teach me things

🙅🏻‍♂️No excessive screen time

✅Drinking LOTS of water and herbal tea

🙅🏻‍♂️No Caffeine, Weed, or Alcohol.

✅Spending as much time in nature as possible.

🙅🏻‍♂️Trying not to consume too much information

✅ Spending time in silence without any stimulation.

Obviously I’m not perfect on executing all of those things. But those are the things that leave me feeling refreshed, connected, and ready to BOSS UP on this next week.
